General Information
Brunei is strategically located in the center of South East Asia, an up-and-coming region that is teeming with rich resources and abundant business opportunities. ASEAN, which Brunei is a part of, are currently working towards establishing the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) in 2015, envisaged to form a single market and production base in a highly competitive region integrated within the global community. Investors can leverage on Brunei’s strategic location and relations with the ASEAN countries (and beyond) as a platform for them to reach a wider market base and to easily access these valuable rich resources.
